The weight shift walk is a walk where you step with one leg, plant it, then shift your wheight to it and repeat.
This is something i like in that it uses muscles that i do not use all the time, but my knees and ankles say a different. They get weak when i put too much weight for a longer period of time than my normal slow walk.
The Rolling foot walk is when you plant your heel with toes pointing up and slowly lower the foot then the toes before lifting your other heel off the ground.
This is great for isolation in the toes as long as your toes want to corporate with you.
